"As I was leaving for work yesterday, the cable on the right side of my garage door became loose. Just two weeks ago, I backed into my door, as it was going up. I got that fixed but apparently the cable was still loose. I tried winding the cable up myself and it wasn't working so I hit the switch to close the door. That snapped the cable off and now my garage door is stuck in the center, crooked and off track on one side! This happened around 0700 so I'm calling every company I could find online. 90% of them could NOT get to me until Mon or Tue. That wouldn't work so I called Precision. He then added, "I try my best to help people and be honest!" It is hard to find people like this, especially in home repairs!!! I told him I would tell EVERYONE about him & how great of a job he did.
